Set the Scene 

Use fun spring colors, set each table setting and add a chocolate easter egg at everyone’s plate. You can create your own center piece or keep it simple with a fresh vase of spring flowers. Add a butter dish at the table-check your local grocery store for a fun bunny shaped butter!


Start with a Drink

Make your guests feel at ease when they arrive and offer them a drink, may it be iced tea, water, or a glass of wine, or a cocktail. May we suggest a BLT Bloody Mary!

To Start

While your finishing up food for the main course have something small for your guests to snack on such as a cheese platter, veggies and dip or Stuffed Mushrooms.

Main Course 

Easter Sunday is the ultimate spring day so make sure your food reflects that. Try making one (or all) of the classic favorites! Apple-Stuffed Ham, Salmon, or Lamb Chops!

Sides

Keep the theme of fresh and spring flavors and grill up some Carrots or Brussel Sprouts.

Set the mood…

First you’ll want to set the tone with some music and light candles everywhere. Create a romantic dinner table for two and dust of your finest china, fancy napkins and long stem wine glasses. Starters

Nothing says love like a heart…of Romain lettuce! Start off your romantic dinner with some Grilled Romaine Salad with Ceasar Vinaigrette dressing. The lettuce core remains crunchy, the leaves become charred and the overall dish becomes delicately sweet.


The Main Course

Your main course should be something special that you might not make every night, we suggest Grilled Salmon, Baby Potatoes and Asparagus. Midway through the meal you may be thinking…is food my true love?

Sidelines

Have your food ready to go on the grill sidelines. Prepare and plate each dish and cover with aluminum foil. Make sure your meat is pre-marinated or seasoned and has reached room temperature just before placing on the grill.

Got a beverage on hand? Of course you do! So why not pour a little into the grill’s drip tray? Water already needs to be added, but by pairing either beer, wine, or soda you can compliment and infuse flavor to your grilled food.
