Refurbished Products

Kenyon Certified Refurbished Products are pre-owned Kenyon products that undergo Kenyon’s stringent refurbishment process prior to being offered for sale. While only some units are returned due to technical issues, all units undergo Kenyon’s stringent quality refurbishment process.

Each Kenyon Certified Refurbished Product:

• is fully bench tested.
• is refurbished with new parts for any inoperative modules identified in testing.
• is put through a thorough cleaning process and inspection.
• is repackaged (including appropriate manuals, labels, new boxes, etc.).
• if applicable, all electronics are brought up to current software revision.
• is given a new refurbished part number and serial number.
• is placed into a Final QA inspection prior to being added to sellable refurbished stock.

Refurbishment procedures follow the same basic technical guidelines as Kenyon’s Finished Goods testing procedures.

Refurbished supply is usually very limited and we often run out of refurbished inventory. We recommend that you act quickly if you see an item that you like. A product will be reserved for you once you’ve completed checking out and we’ve received full authorized payment. Please note that some payment methods take longer than others and that availability of a refurbished product is not guaranteed until we receive your full payment.
