Grilled Carrots

These carrots are healthy but delicious, makes a great side dish for any holiday dinner!

Carrots

carrots, peeled
1 lb
olive oil
2 tbs
fresh rosemary
2 tps
fresh black pepper
to tatse
salt
to tatse

Add 1 cup water to the drip tray of your Kenyon Grill, preheat on high for 7 minutes. Meanwhile wash and peel carrots.⁣

Combine olive oil, rosemary, pepper and salt in a large bowl.  Add carrots, and toss to coat.

Place carrots directly onto the grate.  Cook for 10-15 minutes on each side or until tender.

TIP

Drizzle carrots in balsamic before serving
