1 lb bacon
2 tsp brown sugar/ slice of bacon
a few pinches of ground black pepper/ slice of bacon
2 tbsp finely grated orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Add 16 oz of liquid to the drip tray. Place the griddle attachment on your Kenyon Grill and preheat to medium.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and pepper on both sides of each bacon. Gently press if needed.
- Gently place bacon on the grill grate. Cook about 7 minutes per side, until crisp but not burnt.
