Your guests will be delighted with our grilled bacon with brown sugar.  Make sure to make plenty of this sweet, salty and crispy treat.


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Grill Time:  14 minutes

Total Time: 24 minutes

Serves: 4-6



1 lb bacon

2 tsp brown sugar/ slice of bacon

a few pinches of ground black pepper/ slice of bacon

2 tbsp finely grated orange zest

1 tsp vanilla extract



  1. Add 16 oz of liquid to the drip tray.  Place the griddle attachment on your Kenyon Grill and preheat to medium.


  1. Sprinkle brown sugar and pepper on both sides of each bacon.  Gently press if needed.


  1. Gently place bacon on the grill grate.  Cook about 7 minutes per side, until crisp but not burnt.
