Whether it’s red or white, find out which foods pair best with your favorite wines.

All Kenyon grills come equipped with a drip tray feature to add liquid to prevent smoke and flareups from grease while you grill.

Due to the proximity of the tray to the heating element, the liquid will get warm and some of it will evaporate, which creates steam thus infusing a flare of flavor  into your food.

Water will do just fine, but “wine not” bring your grilling to a whole new level by adding in some of you favorite wine.

Here are some suggestions on what wines to pair with your grilled foods:

Cabernet Sauvignon– Steak

Chardonnay– Tilapia, Chicken, Turkey

Merlot- Lamb, Salmon, Tuna

Pinot Grigio– Shellfish

Pinot Noir– Ham, Pork

Zinfandel– Ribs

Pop open a bottle, add a little wine to your grill and a WHOLE lot in your glass!

Sip, sip hooray!

The Manual wants you to have your best summer yet, so they’ve compiled a list of portable grills that fit your adventurous lifestyle.

“There’s nothing like a great meal to complement a great day, and there are few better ways to make a day great than by spending it outdoors with friends and family.

When you prepare fine foods at a campsite, picnic on a beach, or just hang out in your own backyard, cooking is part of the larger experience and becomes more of a pleasure than a task. That is, so long as you have a decent portable grill on which to do the cooking. I can tell you from plenty of personal experience that trying to cook with inferior equipment while you’re far afield is a recipe for white hot rage and under-cooked burgers.

If all you need to do is heat up water to rehydrate packs of camping food, then by all means, stick with a pocket-sized camp stove. If you want to grill up some ribeye, burgers, or salmon fillets while you’re away from it all, then one of these five portable grills will certainly serve all your al fresco cooking needs.”

THE CITY GRILL

“So for this one, you’ll need an outlet, limiting you to campsite with facilities, an RV, a cabin with power, or your own backyard. But what you lose in suitability for use in remote locations, you gain in amazing performance. This plug-in electric grill could well be the only grill you use at home thanks to its superb heat control and the high temperatures it can reach. You can clean the grate by hand or in the dishwasher; the drip trays last for many uses, but can be tossed once overly soiled. Shout out to Kenyon for keeping things simple: the grill is controlled with just one knob, which features an off position and eight different heat settings ranging from low to high. Also, this is the “Official Grill of the Boston Red Sox,” just FYI.”

These delicious food trends are hitting a ballpark near you this 2018 season. See how Kenyon grills makes the list in Boston.

“A new Major League Baseball season is set to begin, so that means — among many other things — it’s time for my annual strut through some of the new and ridiculous food items throughout the 30 MLB ballparks. By no means is this an all-encompassing trip, as that would be near impossible and be far too long for the 2018 Internet. We will be hitting on the overwhelming majority of the biggest and most absurd, though.

Confession: This is my favorite post to do every single season. Look, I love everything about my job and baseball is my biggest passion, but putting this together with all the ridiculous food items is all kinds of fun. Hopefully you have as much fun going through this as I did building it, though I doubt that’s even possible.”

Kenyon International, Inc., a leading specialty electric grill manufacturer, today announces its partnership with the famed Boston Red Sox. As the official grill of the Red Sox, Kenyon introduces fans and tailgating enthusiasts to its grilling recipes, flavors and cook-out necessities. Kenyon is known for offering the only portable, electric grills on the market that can be used both indoors and outdoors, and are virtually smokeless and flameless.

“We are very excited to partner with the Boston Red Sox and look forward to enhancing the game day experience for everyone with our quality grill products,” said Mike Williams, sales and marketing manager at Kenyon. “Thanks to our smokeless grills, fans can safely and comfortably grill and watch the game from their kitchen, backyard, apartment balcony or while tailgating. Kenyon’s premium product line offers a wide range of grill options, based on individual needs. Two of the company’s most popular electric grills, the portable City Grill and built-in Texan Grill, heat up to 600 degrees in seven minutes and are easy to clean with non-stick grates. “We are excited to partner with a brand like Kenyon whose products are as much a herald of warm summer months as Red Sox baseball,” said Red Sox Executive Vice President Troup Parkinson. “We welcome them to the Red Sox family and look forward to working together during the 2018 season.”

Coming in at #1 on the Men’s Fitness roundup of 9 indoor cooking tools for the ultimate party is the Kenyon City Grill!

The City Grill brings the bold grill flavors you crave all in the warmth of your own kitchen.

“Achieving real grilled meat flavor inside is no small feat. Usually, would-be pitmasters end up frantically opening windows before billowing smoke can trip the smoke detector’s shrill alarm. But Kenyon has figured out how to making grilling indoors a classy and decidedly low-smoke affair with its line of tabletop grills, like the City Grill. Just set the sleek, stainless-steel beauty on your counter and plug it in for an obsessively engineered grill top (it meets or exceeds city codes that ban open-flame cooking) with no flare ups and minimal smoke, all in the warmth of your own kitchen.”

“I am a professional chef and a true grillmeister. I live in a condo and had been searching for an electric grill but could not find anything that met my standards. Until now. I was seriously skeptical but ordered it anyway and to my surprise and delight this is a true instrument grade grill. The build quality is every bit the match of my $4000 DCS grill I have in storage. I also purchased the cart package which is beautifully engineered as well. I decided to give it a real test so I cooked a 32 oz bone-in ribeye. I did it sous vide but finished it on the grill. The big question was could I get a restaurant grade sear on it. To make things really challenging it was snowing outside. The cast aluminum grill acts as a true heat sink. The temperature reached 510 in a snow storm! I have a laboratory grade thermometer so this was for real. I wish I could post a picture. Absolutely perfect. The bonus was that I threw the grill in the dishwasher and dumped the drip pan and it looked as if it had never been used. This grill has exceed my expectations on every level.”

We have a beach side condo in Daytona Beach Florida. Electric grills are the only type of grill allowed. What is ideal about the Kenyon Grill technology is the following:
-Built to battle sea inflicted damage- good marine stainless steel will battle salt from sea
-Locking lid feature is a plus during high winds coming off ocean
-No flare up technology is huge–we rent our 3000 square foot condo on VRBO and that means heavy use of grill. The number one grill killer of grills and food is grease flame ups. The Kenyon design of positioning burner elements inside grate and use of disposable drip pans (make sure you put water in the pan) means you don’t have to have flames destroying your food or your heating elements.
-Sealed controls– these should hold up better than knobs
-Good training available on the web
-Very nice people work for Kenyon– call them and talk
I purchased two grills for my ocean balcony in Florida and I like them so much I plan to install one in my sunroom up North– yes you can use these grills indoors! Do the research- nothing beats the features of a Kenyon Grill!
