Make this grilled corn on the cob the star of your barbecue by brushing on this cilantro butter.  Easily create a handle for holding the corn with the husks pulled back before grilling.

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened

2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro

4 ears fresh sweet corn




  1. Mix butter and cilantro together in a small bowl.  Set aside.  Peel back the corn husks or stem.  Remove all of the corn silk.


  1. Add 16 oz of liquid to drip tray and preheat Kenyon City Grill® to medium-high.


  1. Grill the corn for 10 minutes or until corn is tender and grill marks start to show, turning occasionally.


  1. Spread butter mixture over the corn. Serve immediately.
