(80 percent lean) ground beef
1 lb
Meat Your Match seasoning
1 1/2 Tbs
Colby jack cheese
4 slices

Add 1-3 cups of water to drip tray and preheat your Kenyon Grill to high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef and seasoning. Stir until combined, then divide into 4 portions and shape into 1/2” thick patties.

Place the patties on the grill; cover and cook 2 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.

Add a slice of cheese per burger then remove patties from grill. Allow the residual heat to melt the cheese.

Grill buns open side for 1 minute, or until toasted.

Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
