Grilled Pizza with Hot Honey

Take pizza night up a notch with this grilled pepperoni pie, layered with melty mozzarella, zesty peppadew peppers, and finished with a drizzle of hot honey. It’s crispy, cheesy, sweet, and just the right amount of spicy. Perfect for casual get-togethers or easy weeknight dinners.

pizza dough
20 oz
cooking oil
1 tbsp
pizza sauce
1/4 cup
fresh mozzarella, sliced
8 oz
parmesan, grated
3 tbsp
pepperoni slices
1/2 cup
peppadew peppers, torn into smaller pieces
1/2 cup
dry italian seasoning
1 tsp
hot honey
1 1/2 tbsp

Add 1 cup of water to drip tray and preheat your Kenyon Grill to high heat.

Divide the dough into two, then stretch or roll dough into desired size and thickness. Place onto pieces of parchment paper.

Brush the top of the prepared doughs with oil, then flip the oil side down onto the grill. Carefully peel the parchment papers off. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom of the pizzas form grill marks.

Next, transfer the pizzas onto a plate, then add sauce, layer the cheeses, pepperoni, peppers, and Italian seasoning onto the cooked sides.

Lower the grill to medium heat and slide the pizzas back onto the grill to cook the bottom sides for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
