lamb chops, about 3/4 inch thick

fresh rosemary
1 tbsp
cayenne pepper

olive oil

salt & fresh ground pepper

Add 2 cups of liquid to the drip tray. Preheat your Kenyon Grill to medium high heat.

Brush lamb chops with olive oil; sprinkle with cayenne pepper, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Grill the lamb chops, with the lid closed, about 8 minutes for medium rare turning once or twice, or until well-marked and instant-read thermometer (inserted into thickest part of loin chop) registers 145°. Remove from grill; let stand for 5 minutes.

TIP

Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
