ground beef
1/2 lbs
salt
1 tsp
fresh ground black pepper
1tsp
store bought crispy onions
1 package
store bought slider rolls
1 package

Pimento Cheese:

shredded sharp cheddar
16 ounces
diced pimento peppers
2 oz jar
diced jalapeños
optional
mayo
3/4 cup
1
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for pimento cheese and set the mixture aside.
2
Add 16 oz of liquid to drip tray and preheat Kenyon Grill to high.
3
In a separate bowl, take the ground beef, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and thoroughly mix them together. Shape the mixture into burger patties, gently forming each portion into a 3/4-inch-thick patty. To prevent the burgers from developing rounded tops during grilling, use your thumb to create a 1/4-inch-deep indentation in the center of each patty.
4
Now, place the patties on the grill, cover, and cook to your preferred level of doneness, typically 2 to 4 minutes per side for a medium-rare result.
5
Toast the buns on the open side for approximately one minute.
6
To assemble the burgers, lay the cooked patties on the rolls, then add a dollop of pimento cheese on top and sprinkle with crispy onions before closing the bun. Enjoy!

TIP

Add bacon to burger for an extra savory crunch!
