hickory smoked cheddar
7 oz

Jalapeño Ranch

mayonnaise
1/2 cup
sour cream
1/2 cup
buttermilk
1/4 cup
jalapeños
1-2
fresh lime juice
1 tbsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
dried dill
1/2 tsp
salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
1
In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, jalapeños, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
2
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more lime juice or jalapeño if you prefer extra tang or heat.
3
Transfer the ranch to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
4
Thinly slice the smoked cheddar cheese and jalapeños.
5
Add 16 oz of liquid to drip tray and preheat your Kenyon Grill with griddle to medium-high.
6
Arrange the cheese slices on the griddle first, then place the jalapeño slices on top of the cheese.
7
Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned a nice golden brown, with the edges becoming crispy.
8
Carefully remove the crisps from the griddle and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess grease.
9
Once the crisps have cooled slightly, serve with your homemade Jalapeño Ranch or favorite dip for the perfect snack!

TIP

Substitute milk for buttermilk for a creamer version.
