Shishito Peppers are popping up on menus and in grocery stores all across America. These East Asian peppers are not typically not spicy, but occasionally a few will be in each batch. These peppers are packed with vitamins and minerals, so they are perfect as a healthy snack, appetizer or side dish and super easy to make!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Shishito Peppers
• 4 tsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
• Sea Salt

Directions:
-Add liquid to drip tray and preheat Kenyon City Grill® to medium-high.
-Poke a small hole in pepper
-Toss peppers in olive oil
-Place peppers on grill; turning peppers until the skin is slightly blistered on all sides, (3-5 minutes)
-Place peppers into a serving bowl, season generously with salt and serve immediately.
