Add 16 oz of liquid to drip tray and preheat Kenyon Grill to high.

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, finely chopped fennel bulb, panko breadcrumbs, hot sauce, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper. Don't forget to incorporate the star of the show, the roasted garlic, for its rich, aromatic essence.

Spoon the butter mixture into each oyster, ensuring they are generously filled.
