Pancakes

pancake mix (such as Original Bisquick™ mix)

2 cups

water

1 1/2 cups

100% pure pumpkin

2/3 cup

butter

to taste

Toppings

pecans

2 tbsp

maple syrup

2 tbsp

ground cinnamon

1 tsp

whipped cream

2 tbsp

Remove grate from the grill and add your Kenyon griddle

Add 1 1/2 cups water to the drip tray and preheat grill to medium heat. Melt butter onto griddle.

Combine pancake mix, water, and pumpkin in a medium sized bowl, mix until smooth.

Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle. When the pancake starts to bubble and the edges begin to set, flip the pancakes. Repeat with the remainder of the batter.

Top pancakes with syrup, whipped cream, cinnamon, and pecans!
