Hot chicken wings are grilled for the ultimate in crispy deliciousness, then dipped into a fresh avocado ranch sauce for a cool contrast.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 1 1/2 hours

Total Time: 1 hour 45 minutes

Serves: 4

3 lb chicken wings, split and tips removed

1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot)

1 clove garlic, minced

Avocado Ranch Dipping Sauce:

1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled

1/2 cup prepared ranch dressing

2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp lime juice

  1. Add 16 oz liquid to drip tray and preheat Kenyon Revolution Grill® to medium-high.

  1. Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper. Place on grill; cook, turning occasionally, for 80 to 90 minutes or until chicken is crispy and cooked through.

  1. Meanwhile, mix together butter, hot sauce and garlic. Dip cooked wings into butter mixture and return to grill. Grill, turning once, for 2 to 3 minutes or until well glazed.

  1. Avocado Ranch Dipping Sauce: Mash avocado; stir in ranch dressing, chives, parsley and lime juice. Serve with wings.

Tip: For a lower-fat version, replace ranch dressing with low-fat Greek yogurt. Add 1/4 tsp each salt, pepper and garlic powder to sauce.
