Philly Cheesesteaks

Thinly sliced steak, cheese, onions, on a roll = the BEST comfort food you can make right on your Griddle!

extra-virgin olive oil, divided

green peppers, thinly sliced

large yellow onion, sliced

Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

sirloin steak, thinly sliced

Add 1 cup water to drip tray of Kenyon Grill. Remove the grate and place the griddle in its spot. Preheat grill for 6 to 8 minutes on medium-high.

Toss peppers and onion with 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place veggies on griddle, using tongs turn veggies often, grill until caramelized, for about 10-12 minutes. Remove onions and peppers from griddle and set aside.

Cook steak until it has almost reached your preferred doneness, grill for about 5 minutes.

Return peppers and onion to griddle, using tongs combine it with the with steak. Cover mixture with cheese, wait until the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes. Divide mixture into rolls and serve.

TIP

Top with ketchup and mayo. Add pickled jalapeño slices on top for some spice!

Serve with French fries, coleslaw, or potato chips
