A sweet and comforting recipe for the holidays, these handheld treats are the perfect way to grill up a dessert.


Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4



1 package of refrigerated pie crust dough (such as Pillsbury)

1 can of pie filling (such as apple, pumpkin, cherry)

1 Egg



Add 16 oz liquid to drip tray and preheat Kenyon City Grill® to medium.

Whisk egg with 1 tbsp water, set aside. Unroll dough; use biscuit cutter and make 8 circles. Spoon or pipe filling into center. Brush edges with egg wash; top with remaining circle and seal edges using fork.

Place pies on grill. Grill, turning once, for 3 to 5 minutes until dough is cooked through, flaky and lightly grill-marked.

TIP: Serve with vanilla ice cream
