Kayem, the official Frank and Sausage of the Boston Red Sox and Fenway Park, had a contest for their fans to “Create the Next Kayem Fenway Frank” and as the “Official Grill of the Boston Red Sox” our friends at Kayem gave us the recipe to try out!

Winner of 2018 Fenway Frank goes to “The Boston Pork Party”

INGREDIENTS:

-Pulled pork

-Bacon

-Coleslaw

-Kayem Fenway Franks

-Kayem Split Top New England Style Rolls

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add 16 oz of liquid to drip tray and preheat Kenyon Grill to high.

Cook bacon to your liking and set aside (We suggest cooking it on the griddle)

Grill your hot dogs

Top with pulled pork and coleslaw (Ok, we cheated on that part and bought them pre-made) and then lastly crumble the bacon on top.

 

The “Boston Pork Party” hot dog will be sold at Fenway Park during Sox games for the remainder of the season.

Hit up your local grocery store to get your ingredients and make your own Fenway Franks while you watch the game at home!
