Arugula Prosciutto Mini Pizzas

Peppery arugula combined with the salty prosciutto and creamy mozzarella on a crispy crust makes the perfect dinner or appetizer.

store bought pizza dough

shredded mozzarella cheese
6 oz
thin prosciutto slices

fresh arugula
1 cup
olive oil
drizzle

Add liquid to drip tray and preheat Kenyon Grill to medium-high. Roll out pizza dough on a flat surface and section off into small pieces.

Once the grill is heated, place mini dough rounds on the grate in rows. Cook for 5 minutes then flip over.

Top the other side with cheese, arugula, and prosciutto than drizzle olive oil on top. Continue to grill for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve immediately.
