The Perfect Hot Dog

Let's be frank...is there anything more classic than eating a hot dog on a summer day?

hot dogs
1-2 per person
top sliced hot dog buns
1 per hot dog

Optional Toppings

ketchup

yellow Mustard
1 tsp
relish
1 tsp
chopped onion
1 tsp
pickled jalapenos slices

Add 16 oz of liquid to the drip tray and preheat Kenyon Grill to high for 5 minutes.

Place the hot dogs onto the grate perpendicular to your grill grates. This will give your hot dogs those beautiful grill marks.

Using grill tongs, roll your hot dog over and grill each side of your frank (for about 1-2 minutes per side) until the ends of the frank start to split.

Place your bun face down on the grill and heat for 1 minute.

Place the hot dog in a bun, and then top the dog with condiments of your choice.

TIP

Serve with crinkle cut potato chips
