ISO 9001: 2008 Certification

Clinton, CT (April 14, 2015) – Kenyon International, Inc., an industry pioneer and global leader in Marine, RV, and Hospitality cooking appliances, today announced it has received ISO 9001:2008 certification for the design and distribution of its products.  ISO, or International Organization for Standardization, is a network of national standards institutes from 163 countries working in partnership with international organizations, governments, industry, business and consumer representatives.

Certifications to ISO 9001:2008 requires an accredited third party auditing organization to thoroughly review the Company’s internal quality management system processes, to ensure that they are capable of consistently delivering a service that meets customers’ needs and expectations.  Though recently certified, the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) standard has been the basis for Kenyon’s internal QMS for a  number of years, as many of its customers are in highly regulated industries, which require their own compliance standards.
