We recently downsized from suburbia to a condo in town. At first, the rule against gas grills was almost a deal breaker as I’ve been a loyal user of Ducane gas grills for over 25 years. I read every review about every electric grill I could find before decided on Kenyon. My wife thought it was very pricey, but it was important to get the right grill. Now, I can sum up a Kenyon grill in one word: AMAZING! I don’t miss my gas grill at all and suspect my new neighbors will be Kenyon customers soon.

In sending my butane stove in to be estimated for repair, I absolutely cannot believe the honesty and customer support I received for my 2003 vintage stove. You not only fixed it for free and sent it back to me with no shipping charges…….what’s with that????? No company devotes itself to this kind of ultimate customer satisfaction. If word of mouth means anything, till I pass, I will solidly support and honor you folks as the most amazing top 5 companies in the USA.

I needed to tell you how very impressed I am with every aspect of this transaction and the way you and your firm do business. Excellent communication from start to finish, especially keeping us informed of the shipping time and arrival of the product.
