Kenyon International proudly operates as a veteran-owned business focused on leadership, accountability, innovation, and American craftsmanship. CEO Mike Reischmann brings those values into the company every day. His journey from the United States Air Force to leading a U.S.-based manufacturing company continues to shape the culture behind the Kenyon brand.
Kenyon designs and assembles premium electric grills and cooktops in the United States for residential, marine, hospitality, RV, and outdoor living applications. The company’s commitment to quality, durability, and customer service reflects the leadership principles Mike developed during military service.
Mike served four years in the United States Air Force. During his service, he traveled throughout Southeast Asia, including Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Okinawa, Vietnam, Guam, and Thailand.
Military service runs deep in his family. Mike’s father served in the Air Force, and his youngest son currently serves as well.
Customers searching for a veteran-owned manufacturing company or veteran-owned grill company often connect with Kenyon because of its strong commitment to American manufacturing and leadership.
When Mike transitioned from military service into business and product development, he relied on the lessons he learned while serving. Those experiences continue to guide how Kenyon operates today.
“Lead by example. Treat everyone as you would want to be treated.”
— Mike Reischmann, CEO of Kenyon International
Mike believes strong leaders should support their teams and lead from the front. He also believes leaders should never ask employees to do something they would not do themselves.
That mindset influences the culture at Kenyon today. Respect, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic remain central to the company.
As a veteran-owned American manufacturing company, Kenyon takes pride in designing and assembling products in the United States.
Mike’s experiences traveling around the world strengthened his appreciation for American manufacturing and the freedoms many people take for granted.
Today, Kenyon manufactures premium electric grills and cooktops used in homes, apartments, yachts, RVs, hotels, and outdoor kitchens across the country.
The company is known for innovative electric grilling technology, indoor and outdoor UL-approved electric grills, and marine-grade stainless steel construction.
“I have been around the world. This is the greatest country with freedoms that most people take for granted. We must protect our independence and the ability to manufacture the best products in the world.”
— Mike Reischmann
Mike defines integrity in business through honesty, transparency, and respect. He follows the same principles today that guided him during military service.
He also believes mutual respect and a strong work ethic remain essential for building successful teams and future leaders.
As Kenyon continues to grow, the company remains committed to leadership, accountability, innovation, and American craftsmanship.
