Grilled Pizza

Preheat All Seasons™ Grill to medium heat (4 bars).

Roll out dough to form personal sized pizza.

When grill is warm place dough on grate and cover for 5 minutes. Flip dough over and place sauce, cheese and any other additional toppings desired onto the cooked side of the pizza. Close lid and let sit for 10-15 minutes until all cheese has melted.

1 bag of pizza dough
Can of your favorite sauce
8 oz of mozzarella shredded cheese
toppings as desired
