I wanted to tell you we received our cook tops today.

I needed to tell you how very impressed I am with every aspect of this transaction and the way you and your firm do business. Excellent communication from start to finish, especially keeping us informed of the shipping time and arrival of the product.

We buy lots of product for many renovations on hotels and although we needed just 16 units, this was handled so well I wish i had to order 1600 of them. Your firm and the company protocols should be a model for other vendors across the country to follow.
