Perfect for a week night fall dinner!


6 tortillas
4 turkey breasts, grilled and shredded
6 swiss cheese slices or 1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 green apple, sliced very thin (or apple of choice)
1 cup cranberry sauce raspberry jelly



  1. Preheat your Kenyon Grill to medium high heat.
  2. Grill turkey breast for 8 minutes each side until turkey is cooked through.
  3. Place everything on 1/2 of the tortilla, fold in tortilla in half, and place on grill. When one side of the tortilla starts to brown (about 2-3 minutes), flip and cook on other side until the other side begins to brown and cheese melts (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from grill.
  4. Cut tortilla into wedges and serve warm with additional cranberry sauce or raspberry jelly if desired!
