Preheat All Seasons™ Grill to medium high heat (6 bars).

Peel sweet potatoes and cut them into fry-shaped pieces. Try to cut them into similar sized pieces so the fries will cook evenly.

Place on grill and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 10 minutes each side or until the potatoes are heated through.

2 large sweet potatoes, washed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
