Preheat All Seasons™ Grill to high heat (8 bars); the temperature must be as high as possible to ensure meat sears in flavors.

Soak skewers in water for 10-15 minutes to avoid them burning while on the grill. While skewers are soaking, chop pepper and onion into bit size pieces that will be placed onto skewers.

Rinse and pat dry steak with a paper towel. Coat both sides of steaks with fresh ground salt and pepper to liking and rub into meat. Place steak onto grill for 10-12 minutes each side.

Remove skewers from water and alternate peppers and onion portions on skewers. Coat peppers and onion with olive oil and place on the grill. Please skewers on the grill for 5-6 minutes per side or until vegetables are crisp and lightly charred.

Arrange spinach on a plate leaving room from the steak. Remove vegetables from skewers and top the spinach with them. Position steak next to salad and top it off with some balsamic vinaigrette and enjoy!

Choice of steak (grass-fed top sirloin)
2 red peppers
1 large white onion
Baby spinach
Balsamic vinaigrette
Olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
