Oktoberfest is a German festival that is now a worldwide phenomenon celebrating Bavarian culture and flowing pints of beer. Here is how you can celebrate using your Kenyon Grill!

Ingredients:

Store bought pre-cooked Bratwurst (such as Howe’s Oktoberfest Bratwurst

Shredded Sauerkraut 

Samuel Adams® Octoberfest beer

 

Instructions:

  1. Add 1 cup of beer to drip tray of your Kenyon Grill
  2. Preheat grill for 5 to 9 minutes on high.
  3. Place Bratwurst on the grill for 10 minutes each side.
  4. Plate with shredded sauerkraut and a pint of beer to wash it down!

 

Optional: Serve on a bun with whole grain garlic mustard
