Serve something non-traditional but festive for St. Patrick’s Day, fun for everyone and the prettiest pizza you’ll ever make!

Ingredients:

-1 rectangle flatbread

-¼ cup marinara sauce

-2 handfuls of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

½ red bell pepper, chopped into small squares

½ orange bell pepper, chopped into small squares

½ yellow bell pepper, chopped into small squares

½ green bell pepper, chopped into small squares

½ red onion, chopped into small squares

 

Directions:

· Preheat your Kenyon grill to high heat

· Drizzle flatbread with olive oil and grill flat bread for 1 minute each side

· Chop peppers and onion into small squares

· Spread marinara sauce onto flat bread

· Sprinkle cheese onto flatbread

· Add vegetables one color at a time

· Set grill for medium-high heat

· Grill pizza for 10-15 minutes

· Enjoy!
