Preheat All Seasons™ Grill to medium heat (4 bars).

Roll out dough to form personal sized pizza.

When grill is warm place dough on grate and cover for 5 minutes. Flip dough over and place sauce, cheese, pineapple and ham onto the cooked side of the pizza. Close lid and let sit for 10-15 minutes until all cheese has melted.

1 bag of pizza dough
16 oz of pineapple
16 oz of ham
can of your favorite sauce
8 oz of mozzarella shredded cheese
toppings as desired

In the recipe when you say close the lid and let the pizza sit, do you mean turn off the heat or leave it on? And how many bars for a pizza? Also, can I put a raw pizza made up with the toppings on the grill and do it that way?



Leave the heat on, turn the knob as if it was 4pm on a clock for med-high. Place the dough directly on the grill cook for about 5 minutes or until well-marked. Flip and brush with olive oil and then add toppings. Be sure there is liquid in the drip tray.
