Grilled Acorn Squash will go well with your Thanksgiving Day feast! The combination of nutmeg, honey and ginger gives this dish a sweet and savory taste!

2 acorn squash
4 tbsp honey
4 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp fresh black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat your Kenyon Grill on high for 7 minutes. Meanwhile wash the squash. Cut 1/4 inch from the stem end and bottom of each squash, and discard. Cut each squash in half crosswise. Discard seeds and membrane.
Cut each squash in half crosswise into 2 slices, each 1-inch thick.
Combine honey, olive oil, nutmeg, ginger, pepper and salt in a large bowl. Add squash, and toss to coat.
Place squash directly onto the grate. Cook for 15 minutes on each side or until tender.
