Boston Magazine is thrilled to announce the opening of it’s twelfth Design Home project, hosted at The PineHills in Plymouth, MA. The lot is the flagship residence of the new Dawn’s Light neighborhood and sits at one of the highest points on the Massachusetts coast, providing breathtaking views of the expanse of Cape Cod Bay all the way to Provincetown. Design Home 2016 features the very best in historic New England lifestyle with all the benefits that come with living on a spectacular hilltop paradise within a full service community.
Acting as the architect, builder and designer for the project, Polhemus Savery Dasilva Architects Builders (PSD) created a luxurious yet classic home to pave the way for The Pinehill’s new neighborhood. Offering an innovative single source for new construction and renovations, the firm provides design, construction, and management services throughout coastal southeastern New England.
The Design Home is officially open to the public with four weeks of house tours available. Tickets are $25 and all proceeds will benefit Boston Children’s Hospital, the project’s non-profit partner for the fourth consecutive year. Tour guests will experience the customized residence filled with products from numerous collaborating partners – down to the cloths in the closet, the grill on the patio, the food in the fridge, and the accessories in the office.
