Preheat All Seasons™ Grill to medium high heat (6 bars).

Place sausage on the grill for 10 minutes each side.

Cut peppers into desired size pieces; discard seeds and membranes. Place pepper on grill for 6-8 minutes until pepper gets soft.

Once sausage and peppers have been remove from grill; place sausage in hotdog bun. Pile the green and red peppers and top with dijon mustard.

1 package (5 links) of Italian Sausage Sweet
1 package of hotdog buns
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
dijon mustard
