Preheat All Seasons™ Grill to high heat (8 bars).
Add desired amount of salt and pepper to steak and place on grill. Grill for 10 minutes on each side.
Clean and coat scallops with salt. Place on grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until done.
Lower grill temperature to medium heat (4 bars).
Clean and peal sweet potato. Slice lengthwise into long strips and set aside.
Cut pepper half lengthwise; discard seeds and membranes.
Clean and cut asparagus to liking.
Place pepper, sweet potato and asparagus onto grill for 10 minutes on each side.
Garnish asparagus with a pinch of grated parmesan cheese.
1 inch thick beef, boneless top sirloin steak, well trimmed
1 lb sea scallops
1 red pepper
1 sweet potato
1 lb of asparagus
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
parmesan cheese (to taste)
