Marinate chicken breasts with A.1. savory garlic and herb marinade mix overnight in refrigerator.
Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the drip tray and preheat heat grill to medium high heat (6 bars).
Clean and slice portabella mushrooms. Place on grill and drizzle olive oil and pepper over mushrooms. Grill 3 minutes on each side and set aside.
Grill chicken on medium high heat (6 bars) for 10 minutes on each side.
Slice grilled chicken into desired size.
Brush round italian bread with extra virgin olive oil. Layer bread with fresh mozzarella, grilled mushrooms and grilled chicken.
Place onto grill at medium heat (4 bars) for 4 minutes each side. Use cast-iron press if desired.

1/2 LB of mozzarella
2 cups of portabella mushrooms
loaf of round italian bread
olive oil (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
