Fortunately, a Kenyon City Grill ($475) can fit in all these places. You don’t have to worry about an open flame—this baby is all electric, heats up in seven minutes, and comes to a sear-friendly temperature of 500°F. There’s a drip-tray at the bottom that pops out for easy washing, the grate is non-stick, and the lid is dishwasher safe. Oh, and the whole thing is made from marine-grade stainless steel, just in case you do have a little spot outdoors.
