The Blake Hotel, a new luxurious boutique hotel nestled in downtown New Haven, offers guests a chance to Cook with Kenyon.

The hotel embraces the history of the Elm City and is named after Alice Blake, Yale’s first female graduate.  Likewise, the restaurant is named after the historic sports venue, Hamilton Park.

The hotel features the first restaurant in New Haven with a Michelin Star rated chef, Matt Lambert. Chef Lambert specializes in New England style dishes using locally-sourced ingredients.

Additionally, each of the 108 guest rooms are equipped with a spacious kitchenette, including a Kenyon cooktop, for an extended-stay experience that feels at home.

The hotel also boasts amazing architecture, a state of the art fitness center and a rooftop lounge opening this spring.
