The 2nd biggest feature that I love is that it is safe. You can touch the burner and not get burned like other cooktops. The induction heat gives you peace of mind knowing that your kids hands won’t be burned if they reach for the burner. Right after I boiled the water, I put my hand on the burner. It is warm to the touch but not hot! As a mom, this is a huge selling point for me, as it would be for the elderly, handicapped, and other cooks.
